At EKF things are done a little differently. Unlike traditional methods of personal training, EduKayt programs are designed for you to do most workouts on your own. This has several important benefits:
You have the opportunity to learn and practice movements and skills.
Completing some sessions on your own is much more cost effective.
You will have greater flexibility to fit in sessions during the week.
Over time you become more independent and self motivated.
You develop long-term, sustainable habits and skills.
This doesn’t mean you are on your own! I am here to provide support in many ways:

MONTHLY PERSONAL TRAINING AND RUNNING PROGRAMS
All EduKayt programs include an initial consultation, a monthly 30 minute check-in and a post-goal debriefing. Programs are priced per month and according to the supports you choose. Together we can determine what supports best suit your needs and budget.
Programs are designed to utilize the space and equipment that you have available. As well, sessions can be completed virtually and/or in person.
EduKayt programs are meant to adapt with you as you progress, encounter life changes or choose new goals. This means that you can change your level of support at any time.
